About the Class
RCCTC Building Management students obtain advanced knowledge and skills to perform the upkeep of commercial and public buildings and grounds through hands-on training in cleaning operations, building repairs, plumbing, and grounds maintenance. The cooperative education method is available for this course. Our students combine classroom instruction and supervised on-the-job training in an approved position with continuing supervision throughout the school year.
